I called in my order and the lady who answered was courteous, very patient and she answered all my questions very efficiently, my food was delivered in less than a hour and IT WAS HOT! Freshly made and cooked to perfection. The driver was also nice and friendly as well as polite I’ll be ordering from this place AGAIN & AGAIN GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE
I've been to Papa T's many times over the years, and I usually get pizza. A few times I believe I've had their wings. The pizza was usually good. Well I decided to switch it up and get spaghetti and broasted chicken with broasted potatoes, and cake. To start I ordered on the website instead of by phone like I usually do. The website did say homemade cake, but showed a picture of chocolate cake, which is what I wanted. Well when I got to the restaurant I asked about the cake and the lady at the window said they only had lemon cake. I didn't want a substitute so I asked for a refund. Well instead of them giving me a refund right there, I was told I had to call some number for my refund. This was crazy to me because I ordered directly from the website, not GH, DoorDash or toasttab. Anyways the major point is that the food wasn't good. I know with spaghetti sometimes you might have to eat it the next day because the seasonings might be better, idk. But the broasted chicken was bland and I don't even know what I was expecting with the potatoes, I just wasn't good.
